摘要
采用氙灯加速老化试验方法,研究氙灯老化对塑格悬浮式拼装运动地板性能的影响,分析试样内部的结构变化,探索其老化机理。结果表明,氙灯老化后,试样的分子量显著降低,小分子在重均分子量中所占比重增大;试样在光、热和氧的共同作用下,分子结构中大分子断链,化学键重组,生成C=C,C-O等新官能团;氙灯加速老化,使得试样的抗氧剂丧失作用,试样进入自动氧化模式,综合性能下降。
The effect of xenon lamp aging on properties of plastic suspension assembly moving floors were investigated, the changes in internal structure of the samples were analyzed,and the mechanism of aging was explored by using the xenon lamp accelerated aging method.After the xenon lamp aging,the molecular weight of the sample decreased significantly and the proportion of small molecules in the weight average molecular weight were increased.Under the combined action of light,heat and oxygcn,macromolecule chains of molecular structure were ruptured,chemical bonds were recombined,and new functional groups were generate,such C=C ,C-O bonds.The antioxygens were deprived of functions,the sample entered the auto oxidation mode,and the comprehensive performances were declined.
