Na_(2)SO_(4)胁迫对万寿菊幼苗生长及其生理特性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以‘安提瓜’系列中的黄色品种万寿菊盆栽苗为试材,采用不同浓度Na_(2)SO_(4)(0.1%、0.4%、0.7%、1.0%、1.3%、1.6%)处理万寿菊幼苗,在7 d和14 d进行幼苗生长状况及生理指标测定,研究了不同浓度Na_(2)SO_(4)胁迫在不同时间内对万寿菊幼苗的形态特征和生理特性的影响,以期为万寿菊在盐碱地种植提供参考依据。结果表明:随着Na_(2)SO_(4)浓度的增加和胁迫时间的延长,万寿菊幼苗的株高变化呈现先增加后下降的趋势,当Na_(2)SO_(4)≤0.4%时,其株高变化高于对照,促进其生长,高于此浓度时,随着Na_(2)SO_(4)浓度的增加,万寿菊幼苗的生长受到了抑制,且随胁迫时间延长,抑制程度更加明显。Na_(2)SO_(4)≤1.0%时,过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性逐渐增加,而当Na_(2)SO_(4)浓度大于1.0%时,CAT、SOD、POD活性均下降;随着Na 2SO 4浓度的增加和胁迫作用时间的越长,可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白质含量先增加后减少,自由水含量上升,束缚水含量下降,脯氨酸含量和丙二醛含量呈上升的趋势;而叶绿素含量则体现为先上升后下降的趋势,相对电导率逐渐增大。万寿菊幼苗在Na_(2)SO_(4)≤0.4%时能够正常生长,高于此浓度时,随着Na_(2)SO_(4)浓度的增加和胁迫时间的延长,其幼苗生长所受到的抑制越来越明显。 Taking potted Tagetes erecta‘Antigua’Yellow series seedlings as test materials,Tagetes erecta seedlings were treated with different concentrations of Na_(2)SO_(4)(0.1%,0.4%,0.7%,1.0%,1.3%,1.6%).The growth status and physiological indicators of Tagetes erecta seedlings were measured at 7 days and 14 days,and the effects of different concentrations of Na_(2)SO_(4)stress on the morphological and physiological characteristics of marigold seedlings at different times were studied,in order to provide reference for marigold cultivation in saline alkali land.The results showed that with the increase of Na_(2)SO_(4)concentration and the prolongation of stress time,the plant height of marigold seedlings increased first and then decreased.When Na_(2)SO_(4)0.4%,the plant height change was higher than that of the control and promoted its growth.When the concentration was higher than this concentration,the growth of marigold seedlings was inhibited with the increasing of Na_(2)SO_(4)concentration,and the degree of inhibition was more obvious with the prolongation of stress time.The activities of catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)increased gradually when Na_(2)SO_(4)1.0%,while the activities of CAT,SOD and POD decreased when Na_(2)SO_(4)concentration was greater than 1.0%.With the increase of Na_(2)SO_(4)concentration and the prolongation of stress time,the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein increased first and then decreased,the content of free water increased,the content of bound water decreased,and the content of proline and malondialdehyde increased.The chlorophyll content increased first and then decreased,and the relative conductivity increased gradually.Tagetes erecta seedlings could grow normally when Na_(2)SO_(4)0.4%.Above this concentration,with the increase of Na_(2)SO_(4)concentration and the extension of stress time,the inhibition of seedling growth was more and more obvious.
