薰衣草浸提液对万寿菊和波斯菊种子萌发及生理的影响

Effects of Lavandula angustifolia Extract on Seed Germination and Physiology of Tagetes erecta and Cosmos bipinnatus Chrysanthemum

摘要 目的:研究不同质量浓度的薰衣草浸提液对波斯菊和万寿菊种子萌发及生理的影响。方法:以万寿菊和波斯菊为受体材料,采用室内生物测定法,研究4种不同质量浓度(0.1 g·mL^(-1)、0.05 g·mL^(-1)、0.025 g·mL^(-1)、0.0125 g·mL^(-1))的薰衣草浸提液处理下其种子生理及生化的变化规律,统计万寿菊和波斯菊的发芽率、发芽势、根长、芽长、丙二醛(MDA)含量及电导率。结果:随着浸提液浓度的升高,两种种子发芽率和发芽势逐渐下降;根长和芽长先上升再下降,浸提液浓度为0.1 g·mL^(-1)时抑制程度最大。总体趋势来看,相对电导率值和MDA含量随浸提液浓度升高而逐渐增大。结论:低浓度的薰衣草浸提液对万寿菊和波斯菊种子萌发影响不显著,可以进行混播。然而,高浓度的薰衣草浸提液显著抑制万寿菊、波斯菊的种子萌发和幼苗生长,为薰衣草在园林花卉方面的应用提供科学依据。 Objective:To study the effects of different mass concentrations of Lavandula angustifolia extract on seed germination and physiology of Cosmos bipinnatus and Tagetes erecta.Methods:T.erecta and C.bipinnatus were used as receptor materials for the indoor bioassay,four different mass concentrations(0.1 g·mL^(-1),0.05 g·mL^(-1),0.025 g·mL^(-1) and 0.0125 g·mL^(-1))of L.angustifolia extract were studied for their physiological and biochemical changes on seeds,and germination rate,germination potential,root length,shoot length,malondialdehyde(MDA)contents and electrical conductivity were counted for T.erecta and C.bipinnatus.Results:The germination rate and germination potential of both seeds gradually decreased with increasing concentration of the extract solution;root and shoot lengths first increased and then decreased,with the greatest inhibition occurring at a concentration of 0.1 g·mL^(-1) of the extract solution.The overall trend was that the relative conductivity values and MDA contents gradually increased with increasing concentration of the extract solution.Conclusion:Low concentrations of L.angustifolia extract had no significant effect on the germination of T.erecta and C.bipinnatus seeds and could be mixed.However,high concentrations of L.angustifolia extract significantly inhibited seed germination and seedling growth of T.erecta and C.bipinnatus.It provides scientific basis for the application of lavender in garden flowers.
