乳清蛋白粉对男子自行车运动员血红蛋白和铁代谢的影响

摘要 旨在探讨乳清蛋白结合运动训练对男子自行车运动员血红蛋白及铁代谢相关指标的影响。选取36男子自行车运动员作为研究对象,将其平均分为4组:不训练组、不训练+营养组、训练组和训练+营养组。在服用乳清蛋白后的0周、2周、4周、6周分别测试血细胞指数、血清铁、血清铁蛋白和血清转铁蛋白指标,并采用SPSS22.0进行统计学分析。结果显示:与不训练组相比,训练组的血细胞指数显著下降,而不训练+营养组的血细胞指数则有所升高;相较于不训练组,训练组的血清铁水平呈下降趋势,而不训练+营养组和训练+营养组的血清铁水平均呈现上升趋势。除训练组外,其余组的血清铁蛋白具有相似的变化规律。在服用后2周,训练组的血清铁蛋白呈现明显增加趋势,然后逐渐恢复至正常值,而训练+营养组的血清转铁蛋白水平变化很小。运动补充乳清蛋白营养对运动员血细胞指数有良好作用,能抵抗血清铁水平降低,抑制血清转铁蛋白升高,有利于保持血红蛋白和铁代谢平衡。 This study explores the effects of whey protein combined with exercise training on hemoglobin and iron metabolism-related indicators in male cyclists.Thirty-six male cyclists were evenly divided into four groups:non-training group,non-training+nutrition group,training group,and training+nutrition group.Blood cell indices,serum iron,serum ferritin,and serum transferrin were measured at O,2,4,and 6 weeks after whey protein supplementation,with statistical analysis conducted using SPSS 22.0.Results showed that compared with the non-training group,blood cell indices decreased significantly in the training group but increased in the non-training+nutrition group.Serum iron levels declined in the training group,whereas they increased in both the non-training+nutrition group and training+nutrition group.Serum ferritin changes were similar across all groups except the training group:in the training group,serum ferritin increased significantly at 2 weeks and then gradually returned to normal,while serum transferrin levels in the training+nutrition group showed little change.Whey protein supplementation during exercise positively affects athletes'blood cell indices,resists reduced serum iron,inhibits elevated serum transferrin,and helps maintain hemoglobin and iron metabolism balance.
