摘要
采用一种新型的活性Ti细化剂与Al-5Ti-B细化剂复合处理A356铝合金熔体,研究两种细化剂复合应用对A356铝合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:在添加Al-5Ti-B细化剂的基础上添加活性Ti细化剂能明显提高形核率,细化α-Al晶粒和改变共晶硅形貌。当添加1%Al-5Ti-B和0.04%活性Ti细化剂时,α-Al相由粗大树枝状转变为蔷薇状和近球状,共晶Si形貌由长针状及板片状变为球状和短棒状,使A356铝合金力学性能增强。添加1%Al-5Ti-B和0.04%活性Ti细化剂的A356铝合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别提升至313 MPa、263 MPa和12%。
A new type of active Ti refining agent and Al-5Ti-B refining agent composite treatment of A356 aluminium alloy melt were used to study the two refining agent composite application of A356 aluminium alloy microstructure and properties of the impact.The results showed that adding active Ti refining agent on the basis of adding Al-5Ti-B refining agent could obviously improve the nucleation rate,refineα-Al grains and change the eutectic Si morphology.When adding 1%Al-5Ti-B and 0.04%active Ti refining agent,theα-Al phase was transformed from coarse dendritic to rosaceous and near-spherical,and eutectic Si morphology was changed from long-needle and plate sheet to sphere and short rod.The mechanical properties of A356 aluminium alloy were enhanced.The tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of A356 aluminium alloy with 1%Al-5Ti-B and 0.04%active Ti refiner were increased to 313 MPa,263 MPa and 12%,respectively.
