摘要
运用XRD、金相显微镜、扫描电镜及力学性能测试,研究了添加不同含量的Sr、Y对A356铝合金显微组织和力学性能影响。结果表明,复合添加0.04%Sr和0.3%Y时,α-Al晶粒等效直径和二次枝晶间距值趋于稳定;抗拉强度和伸长率在此时达到最大值,分别为188.3MPa和7.2%。
The effects of adding different contents of Sr and Y on the microstructure and mechanical properties of A356aluminum alloy were studied by using XRD,metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and mechanical properties test.The results show that when adding 0.04%Sr and 0.3%Y into the alloy,the equivalent diameter of α-Al grains and the value of secondary dendrite spacing tend to be stable.The tensile strength and elongation reach the maximum at this time,which are 188.3MPa and 7.2%,respectively.
