摘要
“十四五”期间,中国经济由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,钢铁行业和下游行业对产品质量管控提升提出了更高的要求;随着新兴信息技术应用,工业大数据助力钢铁行业向高质量转型发展。当前钢铁行业仍存在数据孤立、质量追溯分析困难等问题,没有系统全面地处理错综复杂的关联数据,导致质量分析效率低、成本高;同时高端特殊钢具有成分复杂、生产批量小且高性能、高纯净度、高精度、高稳定性的特点,对质量的要求极为苛刻。为此,兴澄特钢将企业全流程、多源异构的生产数据充分汇聚融合,利用工业大数据、人工智能和数字孪生等技术,构建了1+N的质量体系架构;该质量体系架构以1个质量大数据平台为基础,建设了多个质量管理子系统,实现了质量全流程管控。基于工业大数据的高端特殊钢质量管控的成功应用实践为钢铁行业质量管控提供了新的思路和方法,具有重要的参考和推广价值。
During the 14th Five Year Plan period,China's economy shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,and the steel industry and downstream industries put forward higher requirements for improving product quality control.With the application of emerging information technologies,industrial big data is helping the steel industry to transform and develop towards high-quality.The current steel industry still faces prob-lems such as data isolation and difficulty in quality traceability analysis.There is a lack of systematic and compre-hensive processing of complex and interrelated data,resulting in low efficiency and high costs in quality analysis.At the same time,high-end special steel has the characteristics of complex composition,small production batch,high performance,high purity,high precision,and high stability,and has extremely strict requirements for quality.Therefore,Jiangyin Xingcheng Special Steel fully integrates the entire process and heterogeneous production data of the enterprise,and uses technologies such as industrial big data,artificial intelligence,and digital twins to construct a 1+N quality system architecture.This quality system architecture is based on a quality big data platform and has built multiple quality management subsystems to achieve full process quality control.The successful application practice of high-end special steel quality control based on industrial big data provides new ideas and methods for quality control in the steel industry,and has important reference and promotion value.
