摘要
60年前,鉴于国际国内形势的复杂性,党中央和毛泽东同志从经济建设和国防建设的战略布局考虑,作出实施三线建设的重大战略决策。四川省因地理环境、资源禀赋及经济基础等条件成为三线建设的重点省份,部署梓潼县的核工业902基地是其中的重要组成部分。因此,本文以梓潼县902基地为个案,基于口述史资料,探讨三线建设中地方支援与工业辐射的历史实践。建设初期,地方各级部门及各族群众在人力、物资、财力等方面全力支持基地建设,确保其顺利进行;建设后期,基地则对地方经济社会发展产生了显著的辐射带动作用。
Six decades ago,the Party Central Committee and Comrade Mao Zedong made the major strategic decision on implementing the third-front construction projects,given the complexity of international and domestic circumstances,and domestic economic and national defence constructions.Due to its unique geographic location,factor endowments,and economic bases,Sichuan was selected as a key province for China’s third-front construction projects.Nuclear industry base 902 to be located in Zitong County was then an important move.Taking Base 902 as a case,based on oral historical documents,this paper endeavors to delve into the historical practices of local support and industrial radiation in third-front construction.In the beginning,local departments at all levels and people of all ethnic groups went all out to support the construction with labour power,materials,and financial resources to ensure its smooth implementation.In the later period,Base 902 in turn made a considerable radiating contribution to driving local socio-economic development.
