摘要
                
                    柞蚕蛹虫草中含有多种活性物质,具有调节免疫力、抗癌、抗炎等多种功效。本研究明晰了未退化蛹虫草菌及退化菌株培育的柞蚕蛹虫草在生长过程中腺苷、虫草素、淀粉酶、蛋白酶的动态变化。研究表明,未退化蛹虫草菌所培育的柞蚕雄、雌蛹虫草中虫草素及腺苷含量显著高于退化菌株,且柞蚕雌蛹虫草中虫草素及腺苷含量显著高于柞蚕雄蛹虫草;淀粉酶可能参与子实体营养生长、生殖生长及对子实体转色的调控,蛋白酶对子实体形成具有促进作用。
                
                Cord yceps militaris contains a variety of active substances and has multiple functions such as immune regulation,anti-cancer,and anti-inflammatory effects.This study clarified the dynamic changes of adenosine,cordycepin,amylase,and protease during the growth process of C.militaris cultivated with non-degenerated C.militaris and degenerated strains.The research shows that the contents of cordycepin and adenosine in male and female C.militaris cultivated with non-degenerated C.militaris strains are significantly higher than those cultivated with degenerated strains,and the contents of cordycepin and adenosine in female C.militaris are significantly higher than those in male C.militaris.Amylase may be involved in the vegetative growth,reproductive growth of the fruiting body and the regulation of the color change of the fruiting body,and protease plays a promoting role in the formation of the stroma.
