不同药物对一次力竭游泳小鼠脑纹状体自由基代谢的影响 被引量:2

Influence of Difference Drugs on Free Radical Metabolism of Mice Striatum after Exhaustive Swimming

摘要 以人参为阳性对照,研究北冬虫夏草和辽东B木对一次力竭小鼠纹状体自由基代谢的影响及其机制。方法:雄性昆明种小鼠,随机分为5组:安静组,力竭运动组,虫草加力竭运动组,B木加力竭运动组,人参加力竭运动组,运动模式为一次无负重力竭游泳,之前6周给相应组大鼠服用北冬虫夏草发酵液、辽东B木提取物和人参茎叶提取物,最后一次运动后即刻取样测定各组小鼠纹状体MDA、T-AOC及游泳至力竭的时间。结果:一次力竭游泳后,运动组小鼠纹状体MDA含量显著增高(P<0.01),T-AOC显著下降(P<0.01);虫草组纹状体MDA含量明显低于运动组(P<0.05),T-AOC明显高于运动组(P<0.05);B木组小鼠纹状体MDA含量显著低于运动组(P<0.01),T-AOC明显高于运动组(P<0.05);人参组小鼠纹状体MDA含量显著低于运动组(P<0.01),T-AOC显著高于运动组(P<0.01);各服药组小鼠游泳至力竭的时间明显延长(P<0.05)。结论:小鼠在进行一次力竭运动后,纹状体内脂质过氧化水平升高,总抗氧化能力下降;服用北冬虫夏草、辽东B木及人参能够降低力竭游泳小鼠纹状体脂质过氧化水平,提高总抗氧化能力,并延缓中枢疲劳的发生。 The paper researches the aweto and Liaodong Congmu influence on free radical metabolism of mice striatum after exhaustion, compared with ginseng. Method: Kunming male mice are divided into 5 groups randomly, that is, sedentary control group (A), exhaustive swimming group (B), exhaustive swimming and administered with aweto (C), exhaustive swimming and administered with Congmu group (D), exhaustive swimming and administered with ginseng group (E). The exercise model is one time exhaustive swimming after the corresponding mice are administered with aweto ferment fluid, pick - up materials of Congmu and ginseng stem and leaf for 6 weeks. The indexes such as MDA, T - AOC and the time to fatigue of the mice striatum are measured just after exhaustive swimming. Result : after exhaustive swimming, compared with A group, the indexes of striatum show the following significant- ly changes: the content of MDA increasing(P〈 0.01), T- AOC decreasing(P〈 0.01) ; the indexes of striatum of C group show such changes compared with B group: the content of MDA is lower dearly (P 〈 0.05), T - AOC are higher clearly(P 〈 0.05) ; the indexes of striatum of D group show such changes compared with B group: the content of MDA is lower significantly (P 〈 0.01), T - AOC are higher clearly(P 〈 0.05) ; the indexes of striatum of E group show such changes compared with B group: the content of MDA is lower significantly (P 〈 0.01), T- AOC are higher significantly(P 〈 0.01), the time to fatigue of C, D and E groups are clearly longer than B group( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion : after exhaustive swimming, the oxidation level of lipid of mice striatum is up and the capacity of overall anti - oxidation is down; to use aweto, Congmu and ginseng could decrease the oxidation level of lipid of mice striatum after exhaustive swimming, enhance the capacity of overall anti - oxidation, and stay the occurring of central nervous system fatigue.
