延续性和颠覆性创新专利在标题用词上的差异性研究

摘要 [目的/意义]颠覆性和延续性创新专利在标题用词上有差异吗?它们各自偏向使用哪些词呢?这些词在特征上有哪些不同?[方法/过程]针对这些问题,本文选取分子生物学与微生物学领域的专利,首先使用D指数将专利划分为颠覆性创新和延续性创新两类,然后通过词频比较、共现图展示两类专利在标题高频用词上的差异性,最后提出创新类型度量值来度量每个标题词的创新性,并遴选区分性较大的研究主题词和写作风格词。[结果/结论]研究表明,颠覆性和延续性创新专利在标题用词上存在显著的差异,延续性创新专利常用“Detection”和“with”等具有逐步改进、进一步发现倾向的词,并多将“Methods”和“Compositions”一起使用;颠覆性创新专利标题常用“Human”等一些新兴、新颖词汇,并多将“Methods”和“Producing”一起使用;此外,创新类型度量值能够很好地遴选出两类专利标题中创新性差异较大的研究主题词和写作风格词。 [Purpose/Significance]Is there any difference in title terms between disruptive and continuing innovation patents?What words do they prefer?What are the differences about characteristics between these words?[Method/Process]To solve these problems,this paper selected patents in the field of molecular biology and microbiology.First,the study divided the patents into continuous and disruptive types by using D index,and then displayed two patents of the difference of high frequency words in the title by comparing word frequency,the co-occurrence graph,at last,put forward the innovation type measurement to measure each of the headings of innovative and selection process to distinguish the larger research subject and writing style.[Result/Conclusion]The research shows that there are significant differences between disruptive and continuous innovation patents in terms of title words.Continuous innovation patents often use words with the tendency of gradual improvement and further discovery,such as“Detection”and“with”,and often use“Methods”and“motivation”together.The title of disruptive innovation patent is commonly used with some emerging and novel words such as“Human”,and“Methods”and“Producing”are often used together.In addition,the innovation type metric can well select the research subject words and writing style words with great innovation difference between the two types of patent titles.
