摘要
汉语、黔东苗语补位量词“脚/lau^(33)”对数量概念的表达既存在共性,又保有自身的个性。共性体现在其范畴化过程都通过隐喻这一认知机制实现外围的逐层扩展。个性体现为认知者的不同互动模式,在识解过程中构成一组相互关联又有区别的认知图式,最终呈现出丰富的句法形式,形成汉语、黔东苗语补位量词“脚/lau^(33)”量范畴的多样化表达。基于语言间共性与个性,通过跨语言分布进一步验证语言普遍性与差异性之间的关系,对于研究不同语言具有重要的类型学意义。
The complement quantifiers“脚(foot)”(Chinese)and“lau^(33)”(Hmongb dialect)exhibit both commonalities and distinctive features in their expression of quantitative concepts.The commonality is reflected in the fact that their categorization process is realized through the cognitive mechanism of metaphor,enabling the gradual peripheral extension of their categorical boundaries.Their distinctive features are reflected in the different interaction patterns among cognizers,which constitute a set of interrelated and differentiated cognitive schemas during the process of construal and ultimately present rich syntactic forms,resulting in diverse expressions of quantitative categories of“脚(foot)/lau^(33)”in both languages.Based on the commonality and distinctive features among languages,further validation of the relationship between linguistic universals and differences through cross-linguistic distributions has important typological implications for the study of different languages.
