摘要
为推动海事军事体育训练体系构建,立足实战导向,该文运用文献研究与逻辑分析等方法,探讨海军军事体育训练在理念滞后且与战场需求脱节、内容泛化且兵种特性弱化、组训模式与实战场景割裂、效能评估陷入数据迷思等方面的发展现状。据此,提出以课程优化为基础,构建“基础+专项+对抗”三维模型;以文化培育为基石,锻造向战而行的精神内核;以组训创新为动能,推行场景嵌入组训模式;以科技赋能为动力,打造智能感知训练平台等体系重构的实践路径。
To promote the construction of the maritime military physical training system,based on the orientation of actual combat,and using methods such as literature research and logical analysis,this paper explores the current development status of naval military physical training in aspects such as the lag of concepts and the disconnection from battlefield demands,the generalization of content and the weakening of the characteristics of military branches,the disconnection between the training organization mode and the actual combat scenarios,and the data myth in effectiveness evaluation.Based on this,it is proposed to construct a three-dimensional model of"foundation+specialization+confrontation"based on curriculum optimization;Forge the spiritual core of moving towards war based on cultural cultivation;Taking group training innovation as the driving force,the scene embedding group training model is implemented;With technology empowerment as the driving force,a practical path for system reconstruction such as building an intelligent perception training platform is created.
