任务驱动病例导入式教学法在神经外科临床见习带教中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨任务驱动病例导入式教学法在神经外科临床见习中的应用。方法:共有113名学生随机对照组(n=57)和实验组(n=56),对照组采用传统教学方法,实验组采用任务驱动病例导入式教学法。课程束后分别进行课程满意度调查及临床见习考核,比较两组学生的主观满意度及客观见习考核成绩。结果:(1)实验组的学生课程满意度高于对照组,表现为实验组在对教学满意度、兴趣提升、文献查找及临床思维能力方面优于对照组(P<0.05);(2)临床见习考核方面:实验组的学生在基础理论知识、问诊体格检查及病历书写及病例分析方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将任务驱动病例导入式教学法引入到神经外科见习中,不但可以提高学生的学习兴趣和对教学满意度,同时还可以培养学生的临床思维及解决问题的能力,取得良好教学效果。 Objective To explore the application of task-driven in combination with Case-Based Integrated Teaching method in clinical probation teaching of Neurosurgery.Methods A total of 113 students are subdivided into two groups according to the teaching methods received,control group(n=57)and experimental group(n=56).The control group adopts traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group adopts task-driven in combination with Case-Based Integrated teaching method.After the courses were bundled,a satisfaction survey and clinical apprenticeship assessment were carried out to compare the subjective satisfaction and objective appraisal results of the two groups.Results 1)The satisfaction of students in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The experimental group was better than the control group in terms of teaching satisfaction,interest improvement,literature search and clinical thinking ability(P<0.05);2)Clinical probation Assessment:The students in the experimental group were better than the control group in terms of basic theoretical knowledge,medical examination,medical record writing and case analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of task-driven in combination with Case-Based Integrated Teaching method in clinical probation teaching of Neurosurgery could enhance students’learning interest,improve teaching satisfaction,cultivate students’clinical thinking and problem-solving ability,and achieve good teaching results.
