摘要
采用高频燃烧-红外吸收法对煤粉中硫含量进行测定。基于煤粉粒径、助溶剂粒径以及助溶剂配比对高频燃烧-红外吸收法测试硫含量精度的影响研究,明确50~75µm的煤粉、36~50µm的助溶剂以及助溶剂配比为MFe/MW=1.75/0.25时,采用高频燃烧红外碳硫仪测试最接近煤粉中硫含量,测试精度最高。
High frequency combustion infrared absorption method is used to determine the sulfur content in coal powder.Based on the study of the influence of coal powder particle size,cosolvent particle size,and cosolvent ratio on the accuracy of high-frequency combustion infrared absorption method for testing sulfur content,it was determined that when the coal powder was 50-75µm,the cosolvent was 36-50µm,and the cosolvent ratio was MFe/MW=1.75/0.25,the high-frequency combustion infrared carbon sulfur analyzer was used to test the sulfur content in the coal powder,which was closest and had the highest testing accuracy.
