地质因素对炼焦煤煤质及成焦特性的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 以不同成煤环境下形成的炼焦煤为研究对象,进行工业分析、粘结性分析、煤岩特性分析以及炼焦煤所炼焦炭质量分析,研究了其煤岩特征、变质程度、成焦特性和地质因素的关系。结果表明,煤层发育过程中的氧化还原程度、水底动能强度、陆源碎屑输入、海水的周期性进退等是造成煤岩煤质特征差异的主要原因;复杂的地质因素造成煤的变质程度和煤质特征的差异性,进而影响成焦特性;成煤微环境的差异使得泥炭在发育过程中成煤母质、陆源碎屑输入等条件不同在垂向上形成不同煤岩类型的煤;水侵时形成的煤中镜质组含量明显高于水退时形成的煤层镜质组含量;当划分煤相时,低位沼泽环境中形成的煤镜质组含量普遍偏高,而高位突起沼泽环境中形成的煤以惰质组为主。煤的变质程度也是影响炼焦煤特性的重要因素,低阶煤的挥发分产率往往受到煤岩组分的影响,壳质组的挥发分产率最高,惰质组具有最低的挥发分产率,镜质组介于两者之间。 Coking coal formed under different coal-forming environments is selected for industrial analysis,cohesive analysis,coal rock characteristics analysis and coking coal quality analysis to study the relationship between coal rock characteristics,metamorphism,coking characteristics and geological factors of coking coal.The degree of oxidation and reduction,kinetic energy intensity of bottom water,input of terrigenous clastics and periodic advance and retreat of seawater during coal seam development are the main reasons for the difference of coal quality characteristics.Complicated geological factors cause differences in coal metamorphism and coal quality characteristics,which further affects coking characteristics.The differences in coal-forming micro-environment make different conditions such as coal-forming parent material and terrigenous clastic input of peat in the development process form different coal types vertically.The vitrinite content of coal formed by water intrusion is obviously higher than that of coal formed by water retreat.When the coal phase is divided,the vitrinite content of coal formed in low-level swamp environment is generally high,while the coal formed in high-level outburst swamp environment is mainly inertinite.The degree of coal metamorphism is often also an important factor affecting the characteristics of coking coal.The volatile yield of coal in low-rank coal is often affected by coal and rock components.The volatile yield of the crust group is the highest,and that of the inert group is the lowest.The vitrinite is between the two.
