摘要
                
                    近年来,TiO_(2)光催化材料因具有对人体无毒无害、光催化性能高效稳定、超强亲水性等优点,受到了众多研究人员的关注。TiO_(2)光催化材料有着广阔的应用前景,但需要关注的是,在400~1000℃范围内,锐钛矿会发生金红石相变,失去光催化性能,以及覆膜法制备的涂层与陶瓷基体结合力弱易剥落,涂覆光催化涂层的陶瓷无法被循环使用的两大应用缺陷,光催化TiO_(2)粉体在陶瓷领域的应用一直进展缓慢。本研究采用Na_(2)O-K_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)系无铅低温熔块釉作为载体负载二氧化钛涂层,利用二次烧成法制备自洁抗菌釉,解决TiO2粉体在陶瓷应用中受烧成制度温度、覆膜层易剥落两大制约问题。
                
                In recent years,TiO_(2) photocatalytic materials have been favored by many researchers due to the advantages of non-toxicity and harmlessness to humans,highly efficient and stable photocatalytic performance,and super hydrophilicity.TiO_(2) photocatalytic materials demonstrate broad application prospects,but two major limitations have hindered their progress in applications within the 400-1000℃ temperature range,anatase will undergo rutile phase transition and lose photocatalytic activity and the coatings prepared by the coating method exhibit weak bonding strength with the ceramic substrate and are prone to flake off,rendering the coated ceramics non-recyclable.The application of photocatalytic TiO_(2) powder in ceramics has been progressing slowly.In this study,the lead-free low-temperature frit glaze of Na_(2)O-K_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) system was used as a carrier with titanium dioxide coating,and the self-cleaning antimicrobial glaze was prepared by the secondary firing method to solve the problem of TiO_(2) powder in the ceramic application restricted by the temperature of the firing system,and the coating layer is easy to flake off two major factors.
