摘要
综述了光催化作用的杀菌机理.由于光催化作用具有直接利用太阳能来杀菌和消毒的潜能,在污水处理方面备受人们的亲睐.许多学者已进行了大量的光催化杀菌研究,但对光催杀菌的机理仍有争议.本文以细胞壁(膜)的脂质过氧化、细胞质中酶与辅酶A氧化和核质中核酸的破坏机理为主来综合分析TiO_2的光催化杀菌机理,特别是脂质过氧化机理颇受人们的关注.最后,提出了当前TiO_2光催化剂研究中存在的一些问题,并对未来的研究方向进行展望.
The photocatalytic disinfection mechanisms of photocatalyst are reviewed. Photocatalysis is an attractive technology for water treatment largely due to its potential to utilize solar energy directly and achieve both disinfection and chemical detoxification. Many papers have been published on photocatalytic disinfection, but there is still considerable debate on disinfection mechanisms. The fundamental photocatalytic disinfection mechanisms of TiO2, including the lipid peroxidation of cell wall and cell membrane, the oxidation of enzymes and coenzymes in cytoplasm and the damage to nucleicacid in nucleoplasm, are comprehensively surveyed here. Particularly an increasing number of researchers are paying close attention to the process of lipid peroxidation. Finally, some problems in the study of TiO2 photocatalyst are indicated and some research perspectives are given.
