摘要
本文研究了硅灰石添加量对发泡陶瓷微观结构及力学性能的影响。采用干混法制备粉料,并在1140℃和1150℃两种温度下烧结成型。结果显示,当硅灰石添加量为8%、烧成温度为1140℃时,发泡陶瓷的抗压强度提高了78%,达到32 MPa,而弹性模量增加了327%,达到9.36 GPa,显著改善了材料的力学性能。随着硅灰石添加量的增加,发泡陶瓷的体积密度逐渐增大,孔隙率降低,且孔径变化不大,表明硅灰石能够有效稳定孔结构并提高坯体的致密度。然而,当硅灰石添加量超过10%时,液相黏度急剧下降,导致气泡过度膨胀合并,形成大孔洞,力学性能大幅下降。研究表明,硅灰石通过调控液相的含量和黏度,优化了发泡陶瓷的孔结构和坯体致密化过程,从而显著提高了力学性能。
This study investigates the influence of wollastonite addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of foamed ceramics.The powder was prepared by dry mixing and sintered at 1140℃and 1150℃.The results demonstrate that with 8%wollastonite addition at 1140℃,the compressive strength of the foamed ceramics increased by 78%,reaching 32 MPa,while the elastic modulus rose by 327%,achieving 9.36 GPa,indicating a significant enhancement in mechanical performance.As the wollastonite addition increased,the bulk density of the foamed ceramics gradually increased and the porosity decreased,with minimal changes in pore size,suggesting that wollastonite effectively stabilizes the pore structure and improves the body density.However,when the wollastonite addition exceeded 10%,the viscosity of the liquid phase dropped sharply,causing excessive bubble expansion and coalescence,forming large voids and substantially degrading mechanical properties.The study reveals that wollastonite optimizes the pore structure and body densification process of the foamed ceramics by regulating the content and viscosity of the liquid phase,thereby significantly enhancing mechanical performance.
