裂壶藻粉对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及经济效益的影响

摘要 为了给裂壶藻(SC)在生产富含DHA鸡蛋中的应用提供借鉴,本研究以720羽29周龄的海兰褐蛋鸡为研究对象,设置5个处理,每个处理9个重复,每个重复16羽。对照组(CK)饲喂基础饲料,试验组SC1、SC2、SC3和SC4分别添加0.5%、1%、2%和4%的SC粉至基础日粮中,预试期1周,正试期4周。测定其生产性能和蛋品质,计算经济效益。结果表明,与CK相比,SC1、SC2、SC3和SC4组蛋鸡的产蛋率、日均采食量、料蛋比和不合格蛋率无显著变化(P > 0.05)。SC4组蛋鸡的平均蛋重显著降低3.48%(P<0.05),其余各组蛋鸡的平均蛋重处于同一水平(P > 0.05)。与CK相比,SC1、SC2、SC3和SC4组鸡蛋的蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度、蛋白高度和哈夫单位无显著变化(P > 0.05)。蛋黄颜色在各组之间有显著差异(P<0.05),颜色变化为SC3 > SC2 > SC1 > CK > SC4。随着SC粉添加浓度的增加,鸡蛋中EPA、DHA和ω-3PUFA的含量显著升高,且各组之间有显著差异(P<0.05)。毛利润在各组之间有显著差异(P<0.05),由高到低依次为SC2 > SC3 > CK > SC4 > SC1。综上所述,饲料中添加2%及以下的SC粉不会影响蛋鸡的生长性能和蛋品质,可显著提高经济效益,在本研究条件下,SC粉的适宜添加量为1%。 To provide a reference for the application of Chlorella(SC)in producing DHA-enriched eggs,this study used 72029-week-old Hy-Line Brown laying hens as subjects.Five treatments were set up,with nine replicates per treatment and sixteen hens per replicate.CK was fed with basic feed,while experimental groups SC1,SC2,SC3,and SC4 were supplemented with 0.5%,1%,2%,and 4%SC powder,respectively.The pre-test period was one week,and the main test period was four weeks.Production performance and egg quality were measured,and economic benefits were calculated.The results showed that compared to CK,there were no significant changes(P>0.05)in egg production rate,daily feed intake,feed-to-egg ratio,and percentage of non-conforming eggs in groups SC1,SC2,SC3,and SC4.The average egg weight in group SC4 was significantly reduced by 3.48%(P<0.05),while the average egg weight in other groups remained at the same level(P>0.05).Compared to CK,there were no significant changes(P>0.05)in egg shape index,shell thickness,shell strength,albumen height,and Haugh unit between groups SC1,SC2,SC3,and SC4.There were significant differences(P<0.05)in yolk color among groups,with the order being SC3>SC2>SC1>CK>SC4.As the concentration of SC powder increased,the content of EPA,DHA,andω-3PUFA in eggs significantly increased,and there were significant differences(P<0.05)among groups.There were also significant differences(P<0.05)in gross profit among groups,with the order from highest to lowest being SC2>SC3>CK>SC4>SC1.In conclusion,the addition of 2%or less SC powder in feed will not affect the growth performance and egg quality of laying hens,and can significantly improve economic benefits.Under the conditions of this study,the appropriate addition amount of SC powder is 1%.
