摘要
在清洁过滤器时,S-Zorb工艺管线中输送吸附剂颗粒的关键阀门以硬密封球阀为主。球阀启闭频繁,阀座和球体等关键零部件易受颗粒介质冲蚀影响,造成密封失效,长期内漏导致吸附剂回收率降低,严重影响管线的安全运行。本文以NPS 3-150Lb硬密封固定球阀为研究对象,针对三个典型开度的气-固两相流场分析得到压力和速度云图,借助Oka冲蚀模型,获得不同开度下的冲蚀轨迹图;利用流固耦合手段求解相对开度30%时球阀密封副组件的最大等效应力和密封副比压,提出在小开度工况下球阀密封性能良好,可长期服役于含固体颗粒的严苛工况。
When cleaning the filter,the key valve for transporting adsorbent particles in the S-Zorb process pipeline is mainly a hard-sealed ball valve.Due to the frequent opening and closing of the ball valve,the key components such as the valve seat and the ball are susceptible to the erosion of the particle medium,resulting in sealing failure.Long-term internal leakage leads to a decrease in the re-covery rate of the adsorbent,which seriously affects the safe operation of the pipeline.In this paper,NPS 3-150Lb hard-sealed fixed ball valve is taken as the research object.The pressure and velocity contours are obtained by analyzing the gas-solid two-phase flow field of three typical openings.With the help of Oka erosion model,the erosion trajectory diagrams under different openings are ob-tained.The maximum equivalent stress and the specific pressure of the sealing pair of the ball valve are solved by using the fluid-solid coupling method when the relative opening is 30%.It is proposed that the ball valve has good sealing performance under the condition of small opening,and can be used in the harsh working conditions with solid particles for a long time.
