摘要
分析了含有大颗粒固液输送系统中闸阀的使用特性,利用数值模拟的方法,并结合其开度、入口流速、固体颗粒直径等因素对闸板和管路冲蚀磨损的影响情况进行了研究。
The velocity characteristics of the gate valve in the solid-liquid transportation system with large particles are analyzed,and the effects of opening,inlet velocity and solid particle diameter on the erosion wear of the valve plate and pipeline are studied.Hope to provide reference for actual valve design and production.
