摘要
将4043铝合金杆经多道次拉拔成不同直径的焊丝。采用金相检验、硬度测试、拉伸试验、能谱分析等方法研究了焊丝均匀化过程中的组织和性能变化。结合有限元软件对焊丝均匀化过程中温度场进行了数值模拟。结果表明:随着焊丝直径的减小,其硬度升高。当均匀化温度为550℃时,焊丝第二相尺寸细化、分布均匀、力学性能最优;随着均匀化温度的进一步提高,焊丝第二相粗化聚集并析出针状AlFeSi相,力学性能下降。温度场的有限元模拟结果对4043铝合金焊丝均匀化工艺的制定有一定的参考价值。
4043 aluminum alloy rod was multi-pass drawn into welding wires of different diameters.The changes in microstructure and properties of welding wires during the homogenization were analyzed via metallographic examination,hardness test,tensile test,and energy spectrum analysis and so on.The temperature field in the welding wires during the homogenization was numerically simulated by using finite element software.The results indicated that(a)as the diameter of the welding wires decreased,their hardness increased;(b)when the homogenization temperature was 550℃,the second phase was refined and evenly distributed in the welding wires,and the mechanical properties of the welding wires were the best;(c)as the homogenization temperature further increased,the second phase coarsened and aggregated,and needle shaped AlFeSi phase precipitated in the welding wires,resulting in a decrease in mechanical properties of the welding wires;(d)the finite element simulation results of temperature field have a certain reference value for the establishment of homogenization process for 4043 aluminum alloy welding wire.
