摘要
采用重力铸造制备了5组Al-9Si-0.2Mg-xFe(x=0.1、0.4、0.6、0.8、1.0,质量分数,%)合金。通过金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS)等手段,考察了Fe含量对合金的微观组织、导热性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明,当Fe含量从0.1%增加到1.0%时,合金中的含Fe相逐渐从汉字状的π相转变为长针状的β相,且相尺寸从几μm增加到100μm以上;相应的合金的热导率降低了6%,抗拉强度降低了11.7%,伸长率降低了66%。当Fe含量超过0.6%时,降幅明显增大。
Al-9Si-0.2Mg-xFe alloys with different Fe content were prepared by gravity casting,and the effects of Fe element on the microstructures,thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of Al alloys were investigated through OM,SEM and EDS analysis.The results indicate that with Fe increasing from 0.1%to 1.0%,the morphology of iron-containing intermetallic is converted from script likeπphase to needle likeβphase,and the dimension is increased from several microns to larger than 100μm.Correspondingly,the thermal conductivity,tensile strength and elongation of alloys are decreased by 6%,11.7%and 66%,respectively,and a sharper decrease occurs when the Fe content is over 0.6%.
