摘要
                
                    为了提高E960-RE暖通钢的力学性能,通过添加稀土元素RE(0%,0.006%,0.012%)来改善力学强度。对热轧板开展冲击试验,测试结果表明,E960-RE暖通钢热轧板主要是由铁素体和珠光体组成,出现了等轴晶形态,表面稀土RE材料可以有效提高晶核的成形效率,且具有较高的细晶强化效果。相对于无稀土钢,稀土钢吸能效率高出6%,抗冲击性能增大了4.5%,在钢基中添加稀土可以使E960-RE暖通钢的耐撞击性能得到显著提高,断裂处出现较多细小韧性凹坑,断裂深度也显著增大。该研究有助于提高E960-RE暖通钢的冶金性能,对后续的热处理工艺优化奠定一定的理论基础。
                
                In order to improve the mechanical properties of E960-RE HVAC steel,the mechanical strength was improved by adding RE(0%,0.006%,0.012%).The impact test results show that the E960-RE hot rolled steel plate is mainly composed of ferrite and pearlite,and has an equiaxial crystal form.The surface RE material can effectively improve the forming efficiency of crystal nucleus and has a high fine grain strengthening effect.Compared with non-rare earth steel,the energy absorption efficiency of rare earth steel is 6%higher,and the impact resistance is increased by 4.5%.The impact resistance of E960-RE HVAC steel can be significantly improved by adding rare earth to the steel base,more small ductile pits appear at the fracture site,and the fracture depth is also significantly increased.This study is helpful to improve the understanding of the metallurgical properties of E960-RE HVAC steel and lay a theoretical foundation for the optimization of the subsequent heat treatment process.
