摘要
通过落锤试验研究了不同韧性环氧树脂对芳纶—玻璃纤维混杂复合材料层合板和玻璃纤维复合材料层合板的重复低速冲击行为及损伤机理。结果表明:芳纶—玻璃纤维混杂复合材料层合板吸能效率较高,能够有效提高复合材料抗冲击能力;高韧环氧树脂抵抗重复冲击的能量更高,且冲击次数远高于低韧性环氧层合板;确定了低速冲击损伤的3个损伤阈值即“反弹”“临界穿孔”和“穿孔”,为进一步优化复合材料抗冲击性能提供研究依据。
The repeated low-speed impact behavior and damage mechanism of epoxy resins with different toughness on aramid-glass fiber hybrid composite laminates and glass fiber composite laminates were studied by falling dart impact test.The results show that aramid-glass hybrid composite laminates have higher energy absorption efficiency,which can effectively improve the impact resistance of composites;high-toughness epoxy resins have higher energy resistance to repeated impacts and the number of impacts is much higher than that of low-toughness epoxy laminates;Three damage thresholds for low-speed impact damage,namely"rebound","critical perforation"and"critical damage mechanism",have been determined,and"critical perforation"and"perforation"are determined,providing a research basis for further optimizing the impact resistance of composites.
