摘要
在疫情常态化下,如何开展医学实习生教育和管理,是教育者需要思考的问题。文章从医学实习生利用网络平台开展实习、见习等方面,就新冠肺炎疫情下的医学实习生教育和管理进行分析,并介绍成都中医药大学的方法,以期为特殊时期医学实习生教育提供借鉴。
Under the normalization of the epidemic situation,it has been the problem for educationists need to think about how to carry out the education and management of medical interns.The education and management of medical interns was analyzed under the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic from some aspects including the developments of practice and probation of medical interns via the Internet platform,the measures Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine adopted were also introduced to provide reference for medical interns education in special period.
