摘要
目的探讨增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变通过阿柏西普玻璃体腔注射联合全视网膜光凝术治疗的效果及对视网膜厚度的影响。方法选取天津市西青医院眼科2021年4月至2024年4月接收的94例增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变患者展开前瞻性研究,按数字随机表法分作2组,对照组47例行全视网膜光凝术治疗,观察组47例行阿柏西普玻璃体腔注射联合全视网膜光凝术治疗,对2组眼压与黄斑中心厚度、视网膜厚度、并发症发生情况及视力改善情况进行比较。结果观察组治疗后4周时的眼压、黄斑中心厚度低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后4周时的视网膜厚度低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率是2%,低于对照组的15%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后4周时的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变治疗中,阿柏西普玻璃体腔注射联合全视网膜光凝术的方案可进一步改善眼压与黄斑中心厚度、视网膜厚度,并减少并发症的发生,促进视力改善。
Objective To explore the effect of intravitreal injection of aflibercept combined with panretinal photocoagulation on proliferative diabetes retinopathy and its influence on retinal thickness.Methods A total of 94 cases with proliferative diabetic retinopathy were selected from the Ophthalmology Department of Tianjin Xiqing Hospital from April 2021 to April 2024,and according to the numerical random table method were divided into 2 groups,the control group were received panretinal photocoagulation in 47 cases,and the observation group were received aflibercept intravitreal injection combined with panretinal photocoagulation in 47 cases,the intral-Ocular pressure(IOP),macular central thickness,retinal thickness,complications and visual acuity improvement were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the IOP and central macular thickness at 4 weeks after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).the retinal thickness at 4 weeks after treatment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the complication rate was 2%,which was lower than 15%of the control group(P<0.05),at 4 weeks after treatment,the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy,the combination of aflibercept vitreous cavity injection and total retinal photocoagulation can further improve IOP,macular central thickness and retinal thickness,reduce the occurrence of complications and promote the improvement of visual acuity.
