摘要
荚果大小是花生产量的主要构成因素,研究花生荚果和籽仁的发育对提高产量具有重要意义。以超小果花生H7500和超大果花生ZP06为材料,观察不同发育时期的荚果和籽粒形态并制作石蜡切片,对其细胞显微结构进行研究。结果表明,H7500和ZP06在形态学和细胞学等方面均有较大差异,在荚果发育初期(果针入土15 d),H7500和ZP06荚果和籽粒已经存在明显差异;在快速膨大末期(果针入土35 d),二者荚果与籽粒大小基本定型且差异极显著。细胞学观察表明,在荚果发育的3个时期,ZP06种子细胞长度均大于H7500,且细胞数量和密度均低于H7500。H7500与ZP06籽粒大小性状差异可能是其细胞体积不同导致。
Pod size is the main constituent factor of peanut yield.Studying the development of peanut pods and seeds is of great significance for increasing yield.Taking the super-small peanut H7500 and the super-large peanut ZP06 as materials,the pods and kernel morphology at different developmental stages were observed and paraffin sections were made to study their cellular microstructure.The results showed that H7500 and ZP06 had significant differences in morphology and cytology,etc.At the early stage of pod development(15 days after pegging),there were already obvious differences in pods and seeds between H7500 and ZP06.At the end of rapid expansion(35 days after pegging),the sizes of the pods and seeds of the two varieties were basically stabilized and the differences were extremely significant.Cytological observations indicated that during the three stages of pod development,the cell length of ZP06 seeds was all greater than H7500,while the cell quantity and density were both lower than H7500.The difference in seed size traits between H7500 and ZP06 might becaused by the difference in their cell volume.
