基于响应面法结合BP神经网络优化天麻眩晕宁颗粒中挥发油包合工艺

Optimization of Tianma Xuanyunning Granules Volatile Oil Inclusion Process Based on Response Surface Method Combined with BP Neural Network

摘要 目的优化天麻眩晕宁颗粒挥发油包合工艺。方法利用高剪切法制备包合物,以包封率、包合物收率为指标,熵权法确定权重系数,并计算综合评价指标,采用响应面法优化包合工艺;构建BP神经网络模型,验证并预测最佳制备工艺。结果高剪切法得到的最佳制备工艺为β-CD与挥发油的质量体积比为8∶1,水与β-CD的质量比为3∶1,剪切速度为12000 r/min,包合时间为5 min。包合前后挥发油中各成分基本无变化。BP神经网络预测与实际值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于响应面法结合BP神经网络优化的挥发油包合工艺稳定可行,具有良好的包封率和包合物收率,可为挥发油包合产业化提供科学依据。 ObjectiveeTo optimize the preparation process of the inclusion complex of volatile oil in Tianma Xuanyunning Granules.Methods Preparation of the inclusion complex was achieved through high shear method.Taking the encapsulation efficiency and the recovery rate as indexes,the weight of both were assigned by the entropy weight method,and the comprehensive evaluation index was calculated to optimize the inclusion process.BP neural network model was established to verify and predict the optimal preparation process for the inclusion of volatile oils.Results The optimal preparation process obtained by high shear method was:the mass ratio of β-CD to volatile oil was 8:1,the mass ratio of water to β-CD was 3:1,the shear speed was 12000 r/min,and the inclusion time was 5 min.The components of the volatile oil basically did not change before and after inclusion.No significant difference existed between BP neural network predictions and experimental values(P>0.05).Conclusion The inclusion process based on response surface method combined with BP neural network is stable and feasible,with good encapsulation efficiency and recovery rate,which can provide a basis of industrial production.
