智能网联汽车产业高速发展,高精度部件制造技术日新月异,高校人才培养需与时俱进,“双师型”教师技术迁移能力培养迫在眉睫,研究聚焦高校在智能网联汽车高精度部件制造趋势下,围绕“双师型”教师技术迁移能力展开深入探讨,通过多维度分析,明确当前“双师型”教师技术迁移能力现状与不足,探索科学有效的培养路径,旨在提升高校“双师型”教师队伍素质,为智能网联汽车高精度部件制造领域输送高质量人才提供师资保障。
The intelligent connected vehicle industry is developing rapidly,and the technology of manufacturing high-precision components is changing with each passing day.University talent cultivation to keep pace with the times,and the training of"double-type"teachers'technology transfer ability is imperative.This study focuses on the trend of high-precision component manufacturing intelligent connected vehicles in universities,and carries out in-depth discussions around the technology transfer ability of"double-type"teachers.Through multi-dimensional analysis,the current situation and of the technology transfer ability of"double-type"teachers are clarified,and the scientific and effective training path is explored,aiming at improving the quality of the"double-type"teacher team in universities,and providing teacher guarantee for the highprecision component manufacturing field of intelligent connected vehicles to deliver high-quality talents.
