大跨度单层双曲网壳钢结构施工控制技术研究

摘要 大跨度单层双曲网壳钢结构因优雅的外观、良好的受力性能及能够创造出开阔无柱空间的独特优势,成为大型公共建筑领域的重要选择。但现有研究多集中在结构设计和理论分析方面,针对复杂工程环境下的施工控制技术研究相对不足。因此,以上海市黄浦区淮海中路街道123、124、132街坊地块项目天幕工程为例,以解决该结构网壳精度要求高、节点复杂、施工控制难度大的问题。通过施工技术路线优化、深化阶段连接点误差消化与预起拱、加工阶段节点精度控制,以及安装实施阶段分片地面拼装、支撑设置、分片吊装、拉索张拉和分批分步卸载等措施,实现了对施工过程的精确控制。监测结果表明,结构成形后的索力、位移和杆件应力均满足设计偏差要求,施工过程安全可靠,结构精度和质量得到有效保证,可为类似工程提供技术参考。 Due to its elegant appearance,good mechanical performance,and unique advantages of creating open column-free space,large-span single-layer hyperbolic reticulated shell steel structure has become an important choice in the field of large-scale public buildings.However,in complex engineering environments,research on construction control techniques is relatively insufficient,while most existing studies focus on structural design and theoretical analysis.The sky curtain project of 123,124,and 132 blocks of Huaihai Middle Road Street in Huangpu District of Shanghai is taken as an example to solve the problems of high precision,complex joints,and difficult construction control of the structural reticulated shell.Construction techniques are optimized.Error digestion and pre-arching of connection points are conducted in the deepening stage.Precision control of nodes is implemented in the processing stage.Segmented ground assembly,support setting,segmented lifting,cable tensioning,and batch step-by-step unloading are executed in the installation and implementation stage.Thus,precise control of the construction process is achieved.Monitoring results show that after the structure is formed,the cable force,displacement,and bar stress meet the design deviation requirements.The construction process is safe and reliable.Structural accuracy and quality are effectively guaranteed,providing a technical reference for similar projects.
