人工智能算法嵌入文化产业的技术异化及其消解路径

The Alienation of Technology and Resolution Paths for Artificial Intelligence Algorithms Embedded in the Cultural Industry

摘要人工智能已全面渗透到文化产业的全流程,正通过其算法系统加速重构文化产业的生态格局。这些技术在为文化产业提供高效率工具的同时,其内置的算法逻辑逐渐演变为一种隐蔽的价值仲裁机制,导致系统性技术异化现象的产生。具体表现为算法规训机制导致文化生产主体的认知收编、流量算法运行逻辑削弱文化多样性、算法推荐系统操纵数字时代的神经消费模式以及平台算法对数字情感劳动剩余价值的系统性剥削。面对这些挑战,文化产业领域应遵循算法透明化与文化生产主体赋权、文化算法审计与文化多样性保护、文化算法问责制度创新以及数字情感劳动剩余价值重构之多维进路,构建起兼顾技术理性与人文价值、既能有效抵御技术霸权侵蚀又能充分彰显文化自主性的数字文化治理体系。 Artificial intelligence has comprehensively penetrated the entire process of the cultural industry,accelerating the restructuring of its ecological landscape through its algorithmic systems.While these technologies provide highly efficient tools for the cultural industry,their built-in algorithmic logic has gradually evolved into a concealed mechanism of value arbitration,leading to systemic technological alienation.This is specifically manifested in algorithmic disciplinary mechanisms that result in the cognitive incorporation of cultural producers,the operational logic of traffic algorithms weakening cultural diversity,algorithmic recommendation systems manipulating digital-era neural consumption patterns,and platform algorithms systematically exploiting the surplus value of digital emotional labor.In response to these challenges,the cultural industry should adopt a multidimensional approach that includes promoting algorithmic transparency and empowering cultural producers,conducting cultural algorithm audits to protect cultural diversity,innovating algorithm accountability systems,and reconstructing the surplus value of digital emotional labor.This would help build a digital cultural governance system that balances technological rationality with humanistic values,effectively resisting the encroachment of technological hegemony while fully demonstrating cultural autonomy.
