摘要
乌梅丸始载于我国东汉中医经典著作《伤寒杂病论》,主治“蛔厥”及久痢。经后世医家发挥,乌梅丸被应用于胃肠疾病的治疗,并取得良好疗效。基于中医五味理论,将乌梅丸的组成药物分为酸味、苦味、辛味、甘味4组,通过五脏苦欲补泻与五味之间的制化关系分析乌梅丸的组方原理及其治疗胃肠疾病的作用机制。胃肠疾病的发生与五味密切相关,乌梅丸是通过五脏苦欲补泻及五味制化来调节肝、脾、肺三脏功能从而发挥治疗胃肠疾病的作用。
Wumei Pills were first recorded in the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)classic in the Eastern Han dynasty,Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases,and were originally used to treat“roundworm reversal”and chronic dysentery.Over time,it has been further developed by later physicians and widely applied in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases,yielding favorable clinical outcomes.Based on the TCM theory of the five flavors,the herbal components of Wumei Pills can be categorized into four flavor groups:sour,bitter,pungent,and sweet.By analyzing the relationships between the five Zang-organs desiring bitter for tonifying or drainage and the generating-controlling interactions of the five flavors,this study explores the formulation principles of Wumei Pills and its mechanisms in treating gastrointestinal diseases.The onset of gastrointestinal disorders is closely related to the five flavors,and Wumei Pills exert the therapeutic effect by regulating the functions of the liver,spleen,and lung through the dynamic interplay of the five Zang-organs′needs and the mutual transformation and restraint among the five flavors.
