多媒体结合典型病例分析在腕管综合征肌电图临床教学中的应用价值

Application Value of Multimedia Combined with Typical Case Analysis in Electromyography Clinical Teaching of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

摘要 目的分析多媒体联合典型病例分析法在腕管综合征(carpal tunnel syndrome,CTS)肌电图教学中的效果。方法选取2022年6月—2023年12月山东第二医科大学附属医院神经内科的58名肌电图教学实习生为研究对象,按实习时间分为两组,每组29名。2022年6—12月进行常规教学,为对照组。2023年1—12月行多媒体联合典型病例分析教学,为观察组。比较两组考核成绩、教学满意度、综合能力。结果观察组理论知识、病例分析和实践技能成绩分别为(94.26±2.18)分、(95.16±3.14)分、(94.22±2.84)分,高于对照组的(92.04±2.37)分、(92.84±3.08)分、(92.11±2.36)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.713,2.840,3.077;P均<0.05)。观察组教学满意度高于对照组,观察组综合能力评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论多媒体联合典型病例分析法的应用,使实习生对CTS肌电图的掌握程度提升,同时提高了自身综合能力,提升对教学的满意度。 Objective To analyze the effect of multimedia combined with typical case analysis method in electromyog-raphy teaching of carpal tunnel syndrome(CTS).Methods A total of fifty-eight electromyography teaching interns in the Department of Neurology of Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from June 2022 to Decem-ber 2023 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the internship time,with twenty-nine interns in each group.Routine teaching was carried out from June to December 2022(control group),and multimedia combined with typical case analysis teaching was implemented from January to December 2023(observa-tion group).The assessment scores,teaching satisfaction,and comprehensive abilities were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,case analysis,and practical skills in the observation group were 94.26±2.18,95.16±3.14,and 94.22±2.84,higher than 92.04±2.37,92.84±3.08,and 92.11±2.36 in the control group,differences were statistically significant(t=3.713,2.840,3.077;all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observa-tion group was higher than that of the control group,and the comprehensive ability scores of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multimedia combined with typical case analysis method can improve interns'mastery of CTS electromy-ography,enhance their comprehensive abilities,and increase satisfaction with teaching.
