摘要
目的研究多媒体联合PBL教学在中医肛肠科临床见习中的应用效果。方法将参加中医肛肠科临床见习的80名本科生随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40名。对两组实习生分别进行不同的教学模式,观察组采用多媒体结合PBL教学模式;对照组采用传统教学模式。比较两组理论考试成绩、临床技能考核成绩和教学满意度评分,评价两组临床见习教学效果。结果观察组的理论考试成绩(84.68±4.46vs82.24±4.00)、临床技能考核成绩(85.53±4.20vs82.73±3.81)和教学满意度评分(3.63±0.53vs3.13±0.69)均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论多媒体联合PBL教学优于传统教学模式,能激发学生对中医肛肠科的学习兴趣及主动性,有利于临床思维能力的培养,值得在临床见习带教中推广运用。
Objective To study the application effect of multimedia combined with PBL teaching in clinical practice of Anorectal Department of TCM.Methods Eighty undergraduates who participated in clinical probation of Anorectal Department of TCM were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 students in each group.Two groups of interns were given different teaching modes,the observation group was given multimedia combined with PBL teaching mode,and the control group was given traditional teaching mode.The results of theoretical examination,clinical skill examination and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups,and the effect of clinical probation teaching in the two groups was evaluated.Results The scores of theoretical examination(84.68±4.46 vs 82.24±4.00),clinical skill examination(85.53±4.20 vs 82.73±3.81)and teaching satisfaction(3.63±0.53 vs 3.13±0.69)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multimedia combined PBL teaching mode was superior to traditional teaching mode.It can stimulate students’interest and initiative in anorectal Department of TCM,and was conducive to the cultivation of clinical thinking ability.It was worth popularizing and applying in clinical probation teaching.
