摘要
深入推进绿色金融,不仅能够助力经济结构的优化升级,还能有效引导资金流向低碳环保领域,促进经济建设与生态文明的协调发展。制造业作为辽宁省重要的支柱产业之一,正处于产业结构调整和绿色转型阶段,以“双碳”目标为指引构建绿色金融发展长效机制意义重大。在制定绿色金融发展规划的基础上,辽宁省应加大政策支持力度,创新绿色金融产品与服务,健全绿色金融风险管理机制,构建绿色金融信息披露与评价体系,以应对绿色金融发展存在的问题,促进绿色金融长期可持续发展。
Deeply promoting green finance can not only contribute to the optimization and upgrading of the economic structure,but also effectively guide funds to flow into the low-carbon and environmental protection fields,and promote the coordinated development of economic construction and ecological civilization.As one of the important pillar industries in Liaoning Province,the manufacturing industry is currently in the stage of industrial structure adjustment and green transformation.It is of great significance to build a long-term mechanism for the development of green finance guided by the"Dual Carbon"goal.On the basis of formulating a development plan for green finance,Liaoning Province should increase policy support,innovate green financial products and services,improve the risk management mechanism of green finance,and construct an information disclosure and evaluation system for green finance,so as to address the existing problems in the development of green finance and promote the long-term and sustainable development of green finance.
