摘要
通过试验和数值分析的方法,研究了4组不同蒙皮凸缘厚度比的碳纤维复合材料T型接头拉脱失效行为。评估了蒙皮刚度对接头承载能力、损伤起始位置、失效模式的影响。结果表明:接头承载能力随着蒙皮刚度增加而提高,但两者并不线性相关。随着蒙皮刚度的增加,损伤起始位置逐渐由凸缘前端移至填充区;起始失效模式由凸缘前端与蒙皮的剥离转变为填充区的局部开裂,腹板两子层脱粘,以及填充区与腹板及蒙皮间的剥离等。
Pull-off failure behavior of four groups carbon fiber composite T-joints with different skin-flange thickness ratio was studied with experiment and numerical analysis method,the effect of skin stiffness on carrying capacity,initial damage location and failure mode of the joint was assessed. The results indicate that carrying capacity of the joint enhanced with skin stiffness increased,but there was no significant linear correlation between them. When skin stiffness increased,the initial damage location transferred to filler from flange fore-end,the initial failure mode changed to local filler cracked,debond of two sub layers of web and exfoliation between filler,webs and skin,from exfoliation between flange fore-end and skin.
