摘要
随着人口老龄化问题日益凸显,适老化改造可以使博物馆更加适合老年人获得精神文化需求。该研究选取武汉正常开放适老化服务的5家一级博物馆,通过实地调研及问卷分析,全面详细地了解这5家一级博物馆适老化设施现状,以及适老化服务水平和适老化设备情况;并运用德尔菲专家访谈法构建了一套博物馆适老化的评价体系,对5家一级博物馆进行了客观的评价。通过比较法分析了5家一级博物馆在适老化服务及设备上存在的共性痛点问题,并提出了优化路径意见。博物馆可参考评价标准,针对性地加强建设,实现设备设施适老化及服务适老化,为博物馆发展提供有益参考。
With the increasingly prominent issue of aging population,age appropriate renovation can make museums more suitable for the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly.This study selected five first class museums that are currently open in Wuhan.Through field research and questionnaire analysis,a comprehensive and detailed understanding of the current status of aging friendly facilities,aging friendly service levels,and aging friendly equipment in these five first class museums in Wuhan was obtained.A Delphi expert interview method was used to construct an aging evaluation system for museums,and objective evaluations were conducted on five first class museums.Through comparative analysis,common pain points and issues in aging friendly services and equipment were identified in five first class museums,and optimization path suggestions were proposed.Museums can refer to evaluation standards and strengthen their construction in a targeted manner to achieve equipment and facilities that are suitable for aging and services that are suitable for aging,providing useful references for the development of museums.
