摘要
高校驻村干部作为参与乡村振兴工作中的一支特殊队伍,在推进乡村全面振兴、巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果中具有独特优势,同时也发挥了重要作用。通过阐述高校驻村干部参与乡村治理的独特优势、分析高校驻村干部参与乡村治理的制约因素,进而从驻村干部本领提升、派出单位优势发挥、三元主体协同培育、干部派驻前人村精准匹配等方面着手提出改进路径,为高校驻村干部在参与乡村治理过程中更有效地发挥作用提供新的思路。
As a special team participating in the work of rural revitalization,village officials from colleges and universities have unique advantages in promoting the overall revitalization of rural areas and consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation,and they also play an important role.By expounding the unique advantages of village officials from colleges and universities participating in rural governance,the restrictive factors of village officials from colleges and universities participating in rural governance are analyzed,and improvement paths are proposed from the aspects of improving the sklls of village officials,giving full play to the advantages of sending units,collaborative cultivating of ternary subjects,and accurate matching of people and village before the stationing of officials,which provides new ideas for village officials from colleges and universities to play a more effective role in participating in rural governance.
