摘要
                
                    利用MathStudio对硅光电池特性研究实验的数据进行了处理,并与其他文献的数据结果进行比较,发现用MathStudio可以高效、准确地绘制曲线,其误差更小且精度更高。同时,在硅光电池的负载特性数据处理过程中,发现即使2个物理量没有函数关系也可以用MathStudio绘制散点图。文中在用MathStudio获得短路电流与开路电压时采用了一种新方法,为太阳能电池的电学性能研究提供了新的思路。
                
                MathStudio is used to process the data of silicon photovoltaic cells characteristic research experiment,and compared with the data results of other literatures.It was found that MathStudio can draw curves efficiently and ac⁃curately with less errors and higher accuracy.During the processing of load characteristic data for silicon photovoltaic cells,it was found that the scatterplot can be drawn by MathStudio even if there is no functional relationship between two physical quantities.A new method was adopted in the article to obtain short-circuit current and open circuit volt⁃age using MathStudio,which provides a new approach for the study of the electrical performance of solar cells.
