摘要
基于2012—2018年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,运用双重差分模型(DID)评估机关事业单位养老保险改革对公职人员主观幸福感的影响及其机制,研究发现:改革显著提升了公职人员的主观幸福感,在进行了稳健性检验后,结论依然成立。机制分析结果显示,改革通过提升公职人员的主观社会地位感知来提高其主观幸福感。异质性分析结果表明,改革对“新人”“过渡期外中人”、低收入群体和中东部地区公职人员的主观幸福感提升效应更为显著。建议协同推进职业年金和企业年金制度建设,加大对西部地区机关事业单位养老保险改革的支持力度,逐步提高公职人员基本养老保险统筹层次。
Based on the the China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)data from 2012 to 2018,this article uses a difference in differences(DID)model to evaluate the impact and mechanism of the reform of pension insurance in government and public institutions on the subjective well-being of public officials.The research has found that the reform significantly improve the subjective well-being of public officials,and after conducting robustness tests,the conclusion still holds true.The mechanism analysis results show that the reform improves the subjective well-being of public officials by enhancing their perception of social status.The heterogeneity analysis results indicate that the reform has a more significant effect on the subjective well-being of"newcomers","out of transition middle class",low-income groups,and public officials in the central and eastern regions.It is suggested to jointly promote the construction of occupational annuity and enterprise annuity systems,increase support of pension insurance reform of government and public institutions in the western region,and gradually improve the pooling level of basic pension insurance of public officials.
