超细氨纶可控染色工艺研究

摘要 采用自制氨纶上色剂改善超细氨纶的染色性,对颜色改善效果和上染机理进行探讨,通过调整氨纶上色剂的浓度实现氨纶的可控染色。结果表明:在氨纶上色剂体系中,超细氨纶的染色性能得到了改善;从浅色到深色,在上色剂的作用下,普通氨纶的颜色达到可染氨纶的百分比逐渐递增,当用酸性含媒染料染色时,超细氨纶达到甚至超过可染氨纶的染色深度;通过曲线拟合,得到了氨纶上色剂浓度和增深百分比的多元一次方程关系,可实现超细氨纶的可控染色;通过FTIR分析,氨纶上色剂有与可染氨纶结构相同的氨基,在酸性条件下,可与酸性染料的磺酸根以离子键结合。 For ultra-fine spandex with poor dyeing performance,this problem is more prominent.In this paper,the self-made spandex coloring agent is used to improve the dyeing property of ultra-fine spandex,the color improvement effect and dyeing mechanism are discussed,and controlled dyeing of spandex is achieved by adjusting the concentration of spandex coloring agent.The results show that the dyeing properties of ultrafine spandex are improved in the spandex coloring agent system.From light to dark color,under the action of coloring agent,the percentage of the color of ordinary spandex to dyeable spandex gradually increases,and when dyeing with acid mordant dyes,the ultra-fine spandex reaches or even exceeds the dyeing depth of dyeable spandex.Through linear fitting,the linear relationship between the concentration of coloring agent and the percentage of depth increase is obtained,which satisfies the multiple primary equation,and can realize the controlled dyeing of ultrafine spandex.By FTIR analysis,the amino group of the coloring agent has the same structure as that of the dyeable spandex.Under acidic conditions,it can be combined with the sulfonic acid group of the acid dye by ionic bond.
