摘要
以含有芳环的高分子材料作为原料,经磺化-碳化工艺制备固体碳磺酸(简称SCA),FT-IR、SEM和XPS检测结果证实了磺酸根基团的成功接入,条件优化后制备的M1-SCA-600/3酸值高达2.91 mmol/g。Raman分析表明M1-SCA-600/3具有石墨化碳结构,TG检测证实其具有良好的热稳定性。应用固体碳磺酸催化间甲酚和异丁烯的烷基化反应,在80℃、催化剂用量为4wt%、反应时间6 h条件下,4,6-二叔丁基间甲酚的产率为85.3%。M1-SCA-600/3重复使用5次后,4,6-二叔丁基间甲酚的产率仍保持到76.7%,表现出良好稳定性。
Solid carbon sulfonic acid(SCA)was prepared by sulfonation-carbonation process using polymer materials containing aryl rings as raw materials.FT-IR,SEM and XPS results confirmed the successful access of sulfonate groups,and the acid value of M1-SCA-600/3 was as high as 2.91 mmol/g after optimizing the cncpreparative conditions.Raman analysis showed that M1-SCA-600/3 has a graphitic carbon structure,and the TG test confirmed its good thermal stability.Raman analysis showed that M1-SCA-600/3 has a graphitic carbon structure,and the TG test confirmed its good thermal stability.The solid carbon sulfonic acid was applied to catalyze the alkylation reaction of mcresol and isobutene,and the yield of 4,6-di-tert-butyl m-cresol was 85.3%at 80℃,4 wt%catalyst dosage,and a reaction time of 6 h.The yield of 4,6-di-tert-butyl m-cresol was still maintained at 76.7%after M1-SCA-600/3 was reused for 5 times,which showed good stability.
