摘要
目的探讨基于eCASH理念的手术室护理模式对提升手术患者麻醉舒适性的效果。方法选取2022年6月至2023年6月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇〇医院外科手术治疗患者118例为研究对象。2022年6月至12月收治的56例患者接受常规手术护理管理(对照组),2023年1月至6月收治的62例患者则基于eCASH理念的手术护理管理(观察组),比较两组手术麻醉舒适度相关指标及围术期安全事件发生情况。结果观察组的术后苏醒时间、术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分以及术后麻醉躁动评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组麻醉舒适评分(BCS)各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理工作满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于eCASH理念的手术室护理模式更加注重护理舒适度、护理辅助镇痛以及人文关怀等内容,可有效提升患者围手术期生活质量,提高手术麻醉舒适度,具有应用及推广价值。
Objective To explore the effect of the operating room nursing model based on the eCASH concept on improving the anesthesia comfort of surgical patients.Methods A total of 118 patients who underwent surgical treatment in the 900th Hospital of PLA Joint Logistic Support Force from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.From June to December 2022,56 patients admitted received conventional surgical care and management(control group),while 62 patients admitted from January to June 2023 received surgical care and management based on the eCASH concept(observation group).The indicators related to surgical anesthesia comfort and the occurrence of perioperative safety events were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative recovery time,postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)score and postoperative anesthesia agitation score of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of the Bruggrmann comfort scale(BCS)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group with the nursing work was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The operating room nursing model based on the eCASH concept pays more attention to contents such as nursing comfort,nurse-assisted analgesia and humanistic care.It can effectively improve the perioperative quality of life of patients,enhance the comfort of surgical anesthesia,and has application and promotion value.
