摘要
探索不同生长调节剂对‘鄞红’葡萄硬枝扦插成苗的影响。以1年生‘鄞红’葡萄硬枝为试材,采用生长素(NAA)、细胞分裂素(6-BA)不同配比的溶液处理枝条,清水处理为对照,测定不同处理对葡萄插条生根及萌芽的影响。结果表明:植物生长调节剂处理提高了‘鄞红’葡萄硬枝扦插成苗率,6-BA浓度大于或等于1.0 mg/L会抑制‘鄞红’插条发根数,降低成苗率。试验处理0.5 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L 6-BA对‘鄞红’葡萄硬枝扦插成苗率最高为90%。在生长素中添加细胞分裂素处理葡萄插条能促进葡萄根系发育。
Using one-year-old hardwood cuttings of‘Yin Hong’Vitis vinifera as experimental materials,this study treated the cuttings with solutions containing varying combinations of auxin(NAA)and cytokinin(6-BA),with water treatment serving as the control.The effects of different treatments on rooting and sprouting parameters of grape cuttings were systematically evaluated.Results indicated that plant growth regulator(PGR)treatments enhanced seedling formation rates compared to the control.However,elevated 6-BA concentrations(≥1.0 mg/L)significantly suppressed root development and reduced seedling viability.The optimal treatment,0.5 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L 6-BA,achieved the highest seedling formation rate 90%.Adding cytokinin to the auxin promoted Vitis vinifera root development.
