摘要
该试验以‘粉红亚都蜜’‘红光无核’为试材,研究4种基质(河沙、草炭、珍珠岩、田园土)对其硬枝扦插成苗的影响。试验结果表明,不同基质的平均成苗率‘粉红亚都蜜’显著高于‘红光无核’;在不同基质中,‘粉红亚都蜜’以珍珠岩为基质的成苗率最高,河沙次之;‘红光无核’以河沙为基质的成苗率最高,草炭次之。
This experiment used‘Pink Yadu Honey’and‘Flame Seedless’as test materials to study the effects of 4 substrates(river sand,peat,perlite,pastoral soil)on their hard branch cutting seedlings.The experimental results showed that the average seedling rate of different substrates of‘Pink Yadu Honey’was significantly higher than that of‘Red Light seedless’;Among different matrices,the seedling rate of‘Pink Yadu Honey’is highest in perlite matrix,followed by river sand.The seedling rate of‘Flame Seedless’is highest with river sand as the substrate,followed by peat.
