摘要
在全面推进依法治国的背景下,高校作为人才培养的主阵地,承担着培育具有法治信仰与实践能力青年群体的重要使命。“三全育人”理念的提出为高校教育教学改革指明方向,其强调全员、全程、全方位育人,与高校法治教育的目标高度契合。基于此,研究聚焦“三全育人”格局下高校法治教育协同机制,基于协同理论与教育共同体理论,深入剖析党政部门、法学院系、学生组织在高校法治教育中的角色与作用。研究发现,党政部门发挥引领保障作用,通过政策制定与资源协调为法治教育定向护航;法学院系凭借专业优势,以课程教学与实践活动夯实教育根基;学生组织借助自我教育与朋辈引领,激发学生主体活力。为构建高效协同机制,提出完善组织架构、加强沟通协调与资源整合、创新教育内容与方式等策略,旨在打破部门壁垒,形成育人合力,提升高校法治教育实效,培养具有法治素养的社会主义建设者和接班人。
In the context of comprehensively promoting the rule of law,universities,as the main battlefield for talent cultivation,undertake the important mission of cultivating young people with legal beliefs and practical abilities.The proposal of the concept of"three pronged education"points out the direction for the reform of higher education and teaching,emphasizing the education of all staff,the whole process,and all aspects,which is highly in line with the goal of legal education in universities.Based on this,the research focuses on the collaborative mechanism of legal education in universities under the"three pronged education"pattern.Based on the theory of collaboration and the theory of educational community,it deeply analyzes the roles and functions of party and government departments,law schools,and student organizations in legal education in universities.Research has found that party and government departments play a leading and safeguarding role,providing targeted support for legal education through policy formulation and resource coordination;The Law School Department leverages its professional advantages to solidify its educational foundation through course teaching and practical activities;Student organizations use self-education and peer guidance to stimulate students'active participation.To build an efficient collaborative mechanism,strategies such as improving organizational structure,strengthening communication and coordination,integrating resources,and innovating educational content and methods are proposed.The aim is to break down departmental barriers,form a joint force for educating people,enhance the effectiveness of legal education in universities,and cultivate socialist builders and successors with legal literacy.
