电化学检测对乙酰基氨酚的药物分析实验设计

摘要 巧妙利用过渡金属氧化物进行电化学检测,实现对乙酰基氨酚的药物分析。成功制备了ZIF67/ZIF8壳核材料,并通过高温煅烧转化为双金属氧化物,借助SEM、XRD和电化学测试,深入表征了材料的物理化学性质。此设计不仅为药物分析提供了可靠手段,更展现出对乙酰基氨酚等药物快速、高灵敏度及准确分析的优势。为学生提供了实践平台,通过亲身参与材料合成与制备,锻炼提升了化学制备纳米材料的技能,深化了对物质结构与电化学检测关系的理解,拓展了科研视野并提升了科研思维。本实验设计推动了药物分析领域的研究进展,为实验教学提供了生动有效的案例,显著提升了学生的实验技能和科研思维,加强了对化学制备和电化学检测的理解与应用能力。 This experimental design ingeniously utilizes transition metal oxides for electrochemical detection,achieving the analysis of acetylsalicylic acid.In the experiment,ZIF67/ZIF8 core-shell materials were successfully prepared and then converted into bimetallic oxides through high-temperature calcination.With the help of SEM and XRD tech-niques,the physical and chemical properties of the materials were thoroughly characterized.This design not only pro-vides a reliable means for drug analysis but also highlights the advantages of rapid,high-sensitivity,and accurate analysis for drugs such as acetylsalicylic acid.Moreover,the experiment offers students a practical platform to partici-pate in the synthesis and preparation of materials,thereby enhancing their skills in the chemical preparation of nanoma-terials,deepening their understanding of the relationship between material structure and electrochemical detection,broadening their research horizons,and improving their research thinking.This experimental design has advanced the field of drug analysis,providing a vivid and effective case for experimental teaching,significantly improving students′experimental skills and research thinking,and strengthening their understanding and application capabilities in chemi-cal preparation and electrochemical detection.
