摘要
通过离子交换法制备过渡金属改性的ZSM-5催化剂,以吡啶与甲醇为原料,由吡啶烷基化直接选择性生成3-甲基吡啶。在固定床反应器上探究了合适的各负载金属催化剂成分、吡啶甲醇摩尔比、进料流速、反应温度、反应压力等因素的影响,筛选出合适的催化剂组分及反应条件。结果表明:催化剂为2%Zn-4%Ga/HZSM-5、温度450℃、甲醇吡啶比2.5、进料流速0.08 g/min以及反应压力0.1 MPa时,吡啶转化率约91%,3-甲基吡啶收率约76%。该工艺简单快捷,节能环保,适合工业化生产。
Transition metal modified ZSM-5 catalyst was prepared by ion exchange method,using pyridine and methanol as raw materials,and 3-methylpyridine was selectively generated directly by pyridine alkylation.The effects of appropriate metal catalyst components,pyridine methanol molar ratio,feed flow rate,reaction temperature,reaction pressure,and other factors were investigated on a fixed bed reactor,and suitable catalyst components and reaction conditions were screened.The results showed that when the catalyst was 2%Zn-4%Ga/HZSM-5,the temperature was 450℃,the methanol pyridine ratio was 2.5,the feed flow rate was 0.08 g/min,and the reaction pressure was 0.1 MPa,the pyridine conversion rate could reach about 91%,and the 3-methylpyridine yield could reach about 76%.This process is simple,fast,energy-saving and environmentally friendly,suitable for industrial production.
